Shipping and Delivery Information

•   Shipping to the US via USPS or UPS     UPS Express or Expedited delivery service is available for urgent order at your cost.
•   Shipping to Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel     Canada Post Priority Courier or Xpresspost delivery service is available at your cost.
•   International orders are charged based on the destination country and the method of shipment
•   Orders ship out the next business day if received before noon EST Monday – Friday
•   Dance Competition Season: Order processing time may take 3-5 business days

Terms and Conditions

•   Minimum Orders: Initial order $200  Re-order minimum $100 Please see the price list for minimum order qty. for each item. No changes can be made to an order once it has been received. Orders with backordered items will be shipped as available, unless otherwise specified by the customer. 30% restocking charge plus round-trip shiping cost will be charged if the parcel is refused by customer.
•   Returns and Claims: Goods are returnable only with prior written authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All claims regarding broken or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days from delivery to FH2. Late claims will not be accepted. We will issue a credit for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. There will be a 30% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the original packaging materials as they are discarded. Eyelashes: Due to the nature of the product and its use, for reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or to exchange goods
•   All merchandise is subject to being discontinued without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
•   Payment Method: Credit cards only (VISA, Master Card). Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for preauthorization. The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorization will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
